Change for Equality: The site of Change for Equality, the site of the One Million Signatures Campaign, which won the first Reporters without Borders Neitzen Prize with support from Google on March 11, was blocked by authorities once again.

This site has been blocked twenty three times to date. The blocking of this site took place on March 12, which is marked as the International Day to Combat Censorship.
